BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Funke was born in Elko, Nevada and was raised in Carson City where he graduated from Carson High School with Academic Honors.  After High School, he completed his Freshman year of college at The University of Nevada at Reno.  Then Dr. Funke transferred to The College of Idaho in Caldwell, Idaho where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology.  From there he attended Creighton Dental School in Omaha, Nebraska where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery.

 

Dr. Funke began practicing general dentistry in Carson City, Nevada in August of 1995.

 

Dr. Funke is married and has two sons.  His hobbies include Snow Skiing, Camping, Traveling, Dirt Biking, Hunting, Fishing, Jet Skiing, Grilling (BBQ).
